Okay, if you don't know where it is you can simply google it or just read further and you'll see where it's located as I included a map.
And let's get back to the topic. As you may understand from the headline I collected 5 interesting facts about Ukraine which can be pretty unexpected or which you may not find easily. I hadn't known them before, but when I learnt them, I was pretty surprised.
Did you know that you can use cat hair paint brushes only for a specific kind of painting? Or that during a short period of the year you can see pink lakes in Ukraine? You will find more jaw dropping facts about Ukraine down below.
1. Pink Lakes in Kherson Oblast
Why are they pink? It's all because there are micro-algae called Dunaliella Salina which start blooming in spring. And they're actually pretty beneficial for our health, so a trip to these Lakes is a good idea as you can walk their and breathe.
Unfortunately, I haven't been there yet. But hope I'll visit this wonder soon.
There is also a trick! Lakes are pink only during June and July, so don't be dissappointed if you go there in May or September and see not-pink lakes:) But they're still beautiful, there're lots of beautiful views (according to the pics in the internet).

2. Tamplier Castle in Zakarpattia Oblast
Is it pretty unexpectud? I was pretty shocked when I heard that, but also excited to see it.
Last year we went on a trip to Zakarpattia Oblast and we had a chance to visit the remains of the castle.
And it's not quite a touristic place, it's hard to go there if you're on a bus tour as the route is pretty narrow. But if you have rent a car or a mini-bus you can easily go there.
And it's pretty great that it's not touristic as it's not crowded, so the atmosphere their is really cool and magical.

3. Ukrainian Amazons
Yep. I have learnt about it this year when I went on a trip to Genichesk, Azov Sea.They lived in Steppe zone of Ukraine (according to the artifacts found in different areas of this zone, for example there were found both a sword and a necklace in the burial place. So some archeologists believe that these belonged to amazons and they existed. Others think that there weren't amazons, but there were women who were forced to fight and defend during the war.
I actually believe that there were settlements of strong and powerful women.
You can learn about them if you visit Kamyana Mogyla in Terpinnya, Zaporizhia Oblast. It's an archeological site, it's really cool to walk there. And there a historical museum where you can learn more about history of my country.
Or you can also ask local guides, they will tell you some facts and legends about Ukrainian amazons and that region.

4. Petrykivka Painting with Cat Hair Paint Brushes
I believe that Petrykivka Painting is one of the most recognized symbols of Ukraine and I hope you heard about it. If not, here you are. It's our traditional decorative painting style and you can differ it from other because of the flower pattern, brush strokes(there are only 4 types) and unique brush used for it.
Traditionally, the main colors are red, yellow, blue and green on white/black background.
But I'm not gonna talk about the painting itself, you can find more info about it in wikipedia or in the local museum in Petrykivka(if you're traveling around Ukraine - there you can also learn how to paint using this technique).

5. The Oldest Map
The oldest map in the world was found in Rivne Oblast. Not only the oldest map was found, but also the oldest settlement build by people.
The map is stoned on the bone of the mammoth and the settlement was built with the same material. It's considered that it's 15 000-year-old. Impressive, right?

Anyway, this post is not about my exams, but it's time to estimate some products. I kind of decided to change my blogging/writing style about empties. I suppose it's gonna be shorter than my other posts. And it's also because I stopped writing in two languages, so I mainly focus writing in English. You may have noticed it even in my previous post. Hope, this helps me blog more. Let's finish with these little changes and get down to business!
Recently, I just understood that I'm a big fan of spray painting. Seriously. I just love it. I love the process. And then I love the result. I can count at least 20 things in my room which I spray painted.
It's so easy to re-do something just with one bottle of spray paint. And even one thing can change the look of your room. As for me, it's the easiest way to change something according to my preferences.
Obviously, I change and my interests and likes changes, so in order not to buy something in new style/color - I like to repaint it.
And often it happens that you see an item, you like it, but you would like to have it in another color. It was such a problem for me. But then I understood that I can easily repaint it and voila! I have the item I like. And it's also pretty unique as I repainted it and decorated the way I want.

Конечно же, мы всегда меняется и наши предпочтения меняются. Мне часто бывает хочется поменять что-то в комнате, но в то же время - куда еще больше? зачем что-то покупать. Ведь можно просто взять и перекрасить.
О, а вот это момент - видишь какую-то вещь, которая тебе нравится и подходит, но вот если б она была в другом цвете. Знакомо? Когда я поняла, что можно просто взять и перекрасить что-то, стало аж легче. Я уже не заморачивалась по поводу цвета. Ведь могу прийти домой и перекрасить потом и еще и украсить так, как я хочу. Плюс, такого точно ни у кого не будет.

It was kind of an unexpected trip as we didn't plan it. But when we were in Cyprus and we found out that we actually could fly to Israel and travel around, we just decided to do it.

В любом случае, поездка в Израиль выдалась довольно неожиданной, так как мы ее, в принципе, не планировали. Мы знали, что с Кипра можно летать в Израиль и бывают даже туры, но лишь уже на самом острове решились на это.
My previous organizer was also DIYed, it wasn't that perfect, I used a thick carton board, painted it and glued some ribbons and hooks. And really wanted to replace it with something new. Even thought it was painted in gold and bronze(which I love), it didn't fit my room.
So, I decided to do a new holder specifically for necklaces! It was so easy and I could do it just the way I like and wanted it to be.

I was recently on a marketing conference in Kyiv and it was really inspiring and motivating. I came up with some ideas for my blog and some other life ideas.
And this is how this post idea turned up. I was thinking about what blog mistakes I did recently and overall, and then it just hit me! Why not to share my mistakes with you and sho you how I deal/dealt with them.
Obviously, I still do and will do mistakes, but I try to stop doing them or at least reduce making them. We're all human and mistakes are a part of our lifes. And I believe, even when you're a professional blogger(or any other specialist even), you will still do some mistakes.

Недавно я как раз была на конференции по маркетингу в Киеве. Было нереально круто, меня очень вдохновило и мотивировало. И в итоге, я придумала/обдумала некоторые идеи для блога в целом и просто придумала и даже немного спланировала некоторые жизненные идеи/цели.
И я так же придумала и эту идею, ну как идею, она просто пришла мне в голову. Конечно, я не первооткрыватель. Но все же. Я сидела на конференции и думала, какие ошибки в блоге я совершала/делаю и как я их исправляла, думала, чего можно было бы избежать. И тут меня осенило. Почему бы мне не поделиться своим несчастным опытом и показать, как я исправлялась/исправляюсь.
Конечно же, я продолжаю делать массу ошибок, но все ведь их делают, мы на них учимся и совершенствуемся. У кого-то их меньше, у кого-то больше(я явно второй вариант 😂
I love using these two very light shimmer shades for my eye makeup looks. I'm really happy that I bought this one, I was insistently recommended to buy the Blush Nudes, however I was not sure about that one. I also heard that some palettes/shades from the Nudes collections are not really great. But Maybelline did really great job with this palette!
RU: Я кажется тянула очень долго с этим отзывом. И вот настал момент делиться своими впечатлениями об этой палетке. Я уже давненько использую эту палетку, поэтому сейчас она явно уже не выглядит так, как на фото. Но не в этом суть.
Я использую эту палетку почти каждый день, поэтому легко заметить, какие тени я использую чаще всего, а именно - черный (кстати, ОМГ! Я нашла просто идеальные, суперпигментированые черные тени!); золотой; шиммерный светло-коричневый(нижний ряд - самый первый). Я так же частенько использую матовые коричневые.
Я сперва была не очень рада светло-шимерным теням, они не очень пигментированый, но затем я поняла, что они отлично подходят в роли хайлайтера! Я почти всегда теперь использую их, когда делаю мейкап-луки глаз. Кстати, когда я покупала эту палетку, мне настоятельно рекомендовали купить палетку The Blush Nudes, но я все же купила эту. Как же я довольна. Я слышала, что некоторые палетки из этой коллекции(они ведь из одной коллекции, да?) не очень и многим не понравились, но не знаю, как там с другими, но с этой палеткой Maybelline постарались на славу!

So, it's time to get rid of things which are empty by now. I collected some things, which I used up and, wrote a small review of each one.

So, as you may understand, I collected these empty bottles during year. Of course, it's just a small part of products which I used up. I just forget to collect them, so I throw them away before I remembered that I need to hold them for a little bit longer.

And I really wanted to DIY some stationary that I have, I wanted to spice up some of my notebooks. Recently, I'm just so into customizing copybooks on my own, so I can do whatever design I like.
Turned out, that I mostly did some kind of spring theme DIYs. I also did some stationary customization/organization.

Вот и снова началась учеба. Так как мы учились дистанционно сперва(из-за холодов), лишь на днях мы вышли на учебу - уже потеплело, плюс весна пришла. И теперь учеба началась в полном объеме.
И так как снова пора в универ, новый семестр, мне хотелось немного преобразить свою канцелярию, в особенности тетради. Последнее время я прям фанат переделывать тетради, перекрашивать/украшать так, как я хочу. К тому же, это весело.
И когда я уже сделала их, поняла, что теперь мои тетради точно готовы к новому семестру - они теперь такие весенние, пастельные. Помимо тетрадей, я так же преобразила некоторую свою канцелярию и сделала организационные DIY.
Мне нравится тот факт, что многие DIY делаются быстро и легко, не нужно тратить много времени на это. В результате - мало времени затрачено, а то и средств, плюс получаешь то, что хотел. А вам нравится DIY?
Guess what? I'm back with a new travel post! Yay! I couldn't wait to share my Cyprus trip with you and it is out now! I don't want to write a lot about this, so this post can differ from my other travel posts and it may be a little bit short. But I hope you'll like it. And a quick impression from the trip - I freaking loved it! OMG! It was one of the best getaways ever, especially during the studying year. And you may know from my IG profile that I celebrated my birthday there. What can be better to celebrate my 20th b-day during the travel. It was amazing, I also had an opportunity to visit Israel which was absolutely amazing. In one journey I visited 2 new for me countries. Traveling is always a good idea.

Еще когда я была на Кипре я сделала некоторые заметки для этого поста и наконец-то я добралась и все это собрала воедино. Этот пост может немного отличаться от моих других тревел-постов и может будет даже немного короче. Но надеюсь ,вам так же понравится. И в этом посту я так же написала некоторые свои советы/рекомендации и идеи, связанные с Кипром.
И быстро опишу свое впечатление от этой поездки - я без ума от нее! Хочется вернуться туда! Это была из лучших поездок, когда удалось вырваться посреди учебы куда-либо. Возможно вы знаете из моей инсты, что я праздновала здесь день рождение и он был просто великолепен для меня. Что может быть лучше, чем отпраздновать 20-летие в путешествии. Мне так же удалось посетить и Израиль, 2 новые для меня страны в одной поездке. Было очень круто. Путешествия - всегда хорошая идея.

And I know it, but sometimes I feel a little bit sad and even anxious. But I want to deal with it and not to feel upset, so I will fight with it .

So, as you may know, I recieved my Feel Unique package and there was this amazing lip cream.
And you know what? At this moment this is my the most favorite lipstick! I can even say that this is the best lipstick I have ever had. It's freaking cool!
As you understand, I love this lipstick! And I probably will buy more NYX Matte lipsticks (as you may now, I also recieved NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in Athens on New Year's Eve!)

Do you like shopping? Frankly, I don't like it. I consider it very boring and exhausting. But I love from time to time going on beauty shopping(if I know what exactly I want, otherwise I'm too lazy to do it).
So, recently I thought that I need a few pairs of fake eyelashes in order to custimize them and do something fun(I'm not really sure what I want to do, but I knw that I will do it. So it's better to buy them and they would be lying around, so when the moment comes I will use them).

И недавно, мне пришла в голову бурная мысль, что мне нужны накладные ресницы. Не то что бы я хочу носить их каждый день(хотя такая мысль ко мне пришла, когда я купила их. Хотя бы попробовать как-нибудь), мне хочется их как-то украсить, отдекорировать по особенному.
Конечно, продаются готовые уже яркие ресницы, но хочу что-то свое. Честно говоря, я еще не знаю, как бы я хотела их преобразить. Но, они уже лежат у меня, греют душу и, когда идея появится в голове, я смогу спокойно это сделать.
As Valentine's Day is all around the corner, it's time for makeup. I prepared some ideas for a Valentine's Day date, which are cute and lovely, and of course they're quite easy. However, for those who don't have a date I also have something in my pocket.
Even if you're not very fond of this holiday, you still can have fun! Why not to get creative and try doing kind of arty/bright/freak/crazy makeup(maybe you wanted to try doing dramatic smokey eye or glitter lips, it's perfect time to do that!) and go party, have a girl's night/sleepover or watch netflix and chill? Just get the best from this day.

Я подготовила несколько идей для свидания на этот праздник, они довольно милые и романтичные, и, конечно же, их легко сделать. Но, это еще не все. У меня так же есть кое-что в запасе для тех, кто не планирует идти на свидание в этот день.
Даже если вы не воодушевлены этим праздником, почему бы просто не повеселиться? Можно немного покреативить и сделать какой-нибудь безумный/яркий/сумасшедший макияж (давно хотели попробовать смоки-айс или сделать макияж губ с блестками, самое время для этого!) и идите веселиться, сходите на вечеринку или устройте девичник/пижамную вечеринку, да можно и просто остаться дома и посмотреть любимый сериал! Посвятите этот день себе и насладитесь им.
And I continue travelling around Ukraine and get to know my homeland. So, last year I went to Poltava oblast and visit some places in that region(you may have seen in one of my previous posts that I mentioned this trip) . It was a one-day trip, but it was very engrossing day! We had a bus excusion around Poltava, in some places we got off and walked a little bit.
We visited the museum and a church in Dykanka, Gogol parents' house in Gogoleve, the house of Ivan Kotlyarevsky and the viewpoint in Poltava.
It was different from what I saw in Zakarpattia, but it's really nice to realise that Ukrainian's culture is quite diverse!:)

А я продолжаю узнавать родные края и путешествовать по Украине. И я побывала в Полтавской области и посетила некоторые места(в одном из своих недавних постов я упоминала об этой поездке). Это была лишь однодневная поездка, но это был очень насыщенный день. У нас была автобусная экскурсия по Полтаве ,в некоторых местах мы, конечно же, выходили и гуляли немного.
Мы побывали в музей и Николавской церкви в Диканьке, в дома родителей Гоголя в Гоголево, в усадьбе Котляревского и на смотровой площадке в Полтаве.
По сравнению с Закарпатьем, Полтавская область другая!(Конечно же). Но это так круто, ты понимаешь, что наша культура довольно разнообразна и конечно же интересна:)

As you may now, I recieved a FeelUnique package which I won. That's why I want to tell you little bit more about some products. And this post is dedicated to this awesome eyeshadow palette. I couldn't imagine that I will love it so much! If you are reading my blog for a long time, you may know that I absolutely adore my Yves Rosher eyeshadow palette (and I still love it!). But this Fleur de force eyeshadow is also amazing!
I can probably tell that this palette is my July and August favorite. When I was in Poland I used this one every freaking day! And now I really love to use both palettesm I choose some shades from one palette and some from another (for example, I really love the highlighting color from Fleur de force palette, but I also like using shimmer burgundy from YR palette).

So, the first month of 2017 is almost over. Insane! And it's time for lovey-dovey mood in February. Who's excited about upcoming Valentine's Day?
Exctually, I don't really interested in this holiday, I'm more excited about things which I'm going to do. It's like, I really like the idea of Valentine's Day as I can DIY something, create new decor and do pinky/redish makeup and so on and so on...It's like ocassion which inspires me to do something. I don't know how to describe it, I suck in explaining things. But hope you understood at least something.
Anyway, in this post I want to write about 5 really beautiful and charming places for Valentine's Day getaway. I don't wanna write about some typical places, like France or Italy(of course, they're really beautiful and I adore these countries, they're always a good idea to travel).

Честно говоря, я не особо заинтересована в самом празднике, скорее я больше хочу что-то творить. Как бы, сам этот праздник дает немного пищи для раздумий и создание чего-то в романтическом стиле. Так я могу придумать что-то сделать своими руками и украсить комнату или сделать макияж в розово-красных оттенках и т.д. Для меня этот праздник больше повод
В любом случае, я что-то отошла от темы. В преддверии праздника, я решила написать пост о 5 красивых и романтических места для романтического уик-енда. Не хочется писать о таких типичных местах, как Франция или Италия(конечно, эти страны очень красивы и просто великолепны для этого праздника, да и в принципе, они всегда хорошо для путешествий).

Usually we go to some hot/warm places(abroad) during the winter, if go of course. And in summer we go somewhere on the North. and when I returned, I went to the job and my boss was asking about the trip and then he said that usually people wanted to go to the South, when it's cold in Ukraine, so they could enjoy a little bit of sun and warm weather. And he added that my mom and I decided to go to Finland where it was way more cold than here.
Что может быть лучше, как не начать новый год новыми впечатлениями и приключениями? Этот год мне посчастливилось начать поездкой в новые страны. Если вы следите за мной в Instagram, вы знаете где я была. Я отправилась с мамой в поездку к Санте и мы смогли посетить новые для нас страны: Литва, Латвия, Эстония и Финляндия.
Обычно, у нас бывало так, что в холодное время года - мы едем в теплые страны, а летом нас тянет на более прохладную погоду и мы едем на Север. И когда я вернулась, я пошла на работу, мой начальник спрашивал про поездку и потом сказал, что обычно люди зимой едут в теплые страны, погреться, но нет, мы решили с мамой поехать туда, где еще холоднее, чем в Украине.

Знаете, вот недавно меня что-то накрыло и я поменяла немного декор в своей комнате. А может и не немного, а даже больше: что-то совсем убрала, что-то переместила в другое место и добавила новые детали. И знаете, что мне больше всего сейчас нравится во всем декоре? Новое настенное украшение с этими лунными фазами! Я видела много раз подобные картинки на tumblr и так вдохновилась, что решила сделать wall art с этими лунами. Раньше в этой рамке была другая картинки (или лучше сказать, другие, у меня были 3 различные картинки на тему путешествий, которые я меняла время от времени в рамке).
